The I WILL Program (Initiative for Work, Independence, Learning & Living)

At Remember Wellness, we serve individuals who are rebuilding their lives—often after experiences of instability, trauma, addiction, and housing insecurity. Many come to us ready for a fresh start, but without immediate employment or the resources to find work on their own.

The I WILL Program exists to meet that exact moment—with structure, care, and encouragement.

This 30-day track offers residents who are not yet employed a supportive foundation from which they can pursue work while staying deeply connected to their recovery and personal growth.

Why This Matters

Finding employment early in recovery is a big step—and for many, it can also be a trigger for disconnection, exhaustion, or relapse. Without support, that first job can feel overwhelming or isolating. That’s why the I WILL Program is intentionally designed to help residents integrate employment into their recovery—not as a distraction from healing, but as part of it.

This program helps residents practice balance, build confidence, and take ownership of both their responsibilities and their wellness.

Program Overview

We only accept two residents at a time into the I WILL Program to ensure each person receives individualized support.

Residents in the I WILL Program are provided with:

  • A stable and structured living environment that promotes wellness
  • Job search support, including resume guidance, goal-setting, and accountability
  • Ongoing access to wellness tools like journaling, yoga, and mindfulness
  • Weekly reflection through the I WILL Progress Form
  • Staff check-ins and encouragement
  • A deepened sense of community and responsibility within the house

Participation in weekly House Meetings (Sundays at 6 PM) and at least two outside recovery meetings per week are required, ensuring that recovery remains central even as life begins to move forward.

This program is open to individuals who:

  • Are currently unemployed but actively seeking work
  • Have a minimum of 28 days of sobriety
